The Hitachi Campus received an award from the City of Mannheim’s Local Green Deal in the “Sustainable Construction” category because the project stood out for its sustainable planning, energy-efficient solutions, and forward-looking overall concept.
DGNB Platinum Preliminary Certificate
The Hitachi Campus has received the DGNB pre-certification because the planning process took into account particularly high sustainability standards, such as in the areas of energy efficiency, resource conservation, and environmental compatibility. In addition, the project stood out for its holistic approach, which also incorporates aspects such as user comfort, flexible use, and long-term cost-effectiveness.
