Tender texts are used to precisely define construction services. This avoids misunderstandings and creates clarity about what the service should include and which quality requirements must be met. They help to formulate clear expectations and ensure the quality of the work carried out. As a service for planners, we have created a tender text template for our BSH and X-LAM products in which the necessary properties, characteristics and services are listed. The document is intended to support the preparation of tenders for solid timber construction.
