Madaster
Madaster is the leading material cadastre platform that enables owners to document the components of their property to ensure efficient reuse of components and materials in the event of subsequent deconstruction. By creating a building resource passport, the resources contained in the building are listed, which can then be sold via commodity exchanges during deconstruction and used for the construction of new properties. The aim is to establish a successful circular economy and to use buildings as “material stores”.
