Condensation water
There is always a certain amount of water vapour in the air. However, the absorption capacity of water vapour in the air is limited and depends on the ambient temperature. When the air is saturated with water vapour (e.g. after a drop in temperature), condensation forms. This can occur both on the inside of building components and inside the construction and lead to damage. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to condensation protection already during the planning of a building.
Condensation protection for swimming pools
Constructions should be designed to meet the respective indoor humidity requirements. Constructions that function in living areas can be damaged in indoor swimming pool climates, where there is permanently increased humidity. Moisture protection measures play an important role here to prevent condensation and protect the building fabric.
