Door de voormalige conci\u00ebrgewoning met vijf houten modules van DERIX op te toppen is de Nysterbach basisschool uitgebreid met twee groepsruimtes en een rustruimte, om de hele dag in gebruik te kunnen blijven. Prefab uitbreiding
\n<\/strong> van het gebouw<\/h3>\n

De constructie voor de uitbreiding is vervaardigd uit houten modules die voor circa 75% prefab zijn geproduceerd in de fabriek en uit X-LAM-elementen<\/span> en gelamineerde houten<\/span> onderdelen bestaan. De uitbreiding van de basisschool in L\u00f6venich omvatte de montage van de ramen, gevelbanden, elektrische en verwarmingsinstallaties en ventilatiesystemen. De modules werden tijdens het transport tegen weersomstandigheden beschermd en op locatie geplaatst. De groepsruimtes, gang en rustruimte hebben meerdelige, tweekleurige aluminium kozijnen met bovenvensters en buitenjaloezie\u00ebn. De warmteverdeling in het gebouw vindt plaats via wandradiatoren onder de ramen, die zijn aangesloten op een centrale gasverwarming. Elke houten module heeft een eigen elektrische onderverdeling.
