Ook de rechte lariksgevel met drie verschillende breedtes (90,115,140 mm) is prefab in de fabriek geproduceerd. De barri\u00e8revrijheid wordt gewaarborgd door een rooster dat rondom het gebouw loopt en aan L-elementen is bevestigd. Het dakoverstek overdekt de ingang, die naar de sanitaire ruimtes leidt. Ongeveer 95 % van de modules werd prefab in de fabriek geproduceerd. Dit betreft afgewerkte toilet- en doucheruimtes, de volledige elektrische installatie inclusief lichten, de vloerconstructie en vloerbedekking, de binnendeuren, de ramen en de gevel. De modules werden tijdens het transport tegen weersomstandigheden beschermd en hoefden op locatie alleen nog maar geplaatst te worden.
