Op de identieke verdiepingen liggen aan beide kanten van de compacte gang elf kamers, waarvan er tien individuele wooneenheden zijn. In de accommodatie voor langere tijd delen steeds vier personen een 23 vierkante meter grote kamer. De sanitaire ruimtes liggen telkens tussen twee kamers en worden door acht bewoners vanuit hun kamers gebruikt. De kamers zijn uitgerust met een keukenblok naast de sanitaire ruimte. \n<\/strong> en afgebouwde houten modules<\/h3>\n

De toegangskern aan de zijkant en de rest van de constructie zijn gemaakt van houten modules die prefab in de fabriek geproduceerd zijn. De trap in de toegangskern is van beton. De 24 houten modules zijn gemaakt van X-LAM en gelamineerd hout van DERIX. Deze zijn voor ongeveer 90% prefab in de fabriek geproduceerd. De modules werden tijdens het transport tegen weersomstandigheden beschermd en ter plaatse stap voor stap gemonteerd. De gang van het vluchtelingenverblijf ontstond door 2D-X-LAM-elementen op de kamermodules te plaatsen. Direct daarna zijn de voegen tussen de modules constructief en bouwfysisch gesloten. Daarna volgde onmiddellijk de bedekking van het lessenaarsdak.
