Het gebouw huisvest 80 leerlingen tijdens hun opleiding en de bijbehorende blokuren. Alle kamers hebben dubbelvleugelige, witte kunststof kozijnen met onderlicht en een elektrisch rolluik. De warmteverdeling vindt plaats via twee convectoren in de woonkamer en badkamer. Elke houten module heeft een eigen elektrische onderverdeling. Het meubilair is door de gevangenen zelf geproduceerd en geplaatst.<\/p>\n

De badkamers zijn eenvoudig ingericht met een wastafel, toilet, douche, handdoekradiator en ventilatiesysteem.
