Het gebouw dient als ontwerpbureau voor de door het bedrijf verkochte beursstands. De centrale toegangszone, de open en gesloten kantoorruimtes aan weerszijden hiervan en de twee aan de zijkant geplaatste archiefruimtes zijn gebouwd met prefab geproduceerde houten modules. Prefab houten modules<\/strong>

Het afbouwen omvatte de gevel, het platte dak, de binnenwanden, de ramen en de buitendeuren. De wand- en vloeroppervlakken zijn industriezichtkwaliteit en zijn geschikt voor het plaatsen van een verlaagd plafond. De moerbalken en kolommen van gelamineerd hout zijn daarentegen zichtkwaliteit. De modules werden tijdens het transport tegen weersomstandigheden beschermd en ter plaatse alleen nog geplaatst en constructief verbonden. Ook de grote luifel werd als prefab element tijdens de montage van de modules gemonteerd.
