Dankzij de gunstige momentenverdeling worden de doorbuiging en krachtverdelingen geoptimaliseerd. Om de grotere kolommomenten over te dragen kunnen togen worden aangebracht. Bij grotere overspanningen worden op het momentennulpunt scharnieren ingepland om het transport van de onderdelen te optimaliseren. Voor de afvoer van hemelwater is er aan beide kanten van het dak sprake van een lichte dakhelling in tegengestelde richting.
