Zeer nauwkeurige<\/strong> classificatie<\/h3>\n

Hout is een natuurproduct. Hierdoor heeft het verschillende kwaliteiten en daarmee sterktes. Wij sorteren daarom al ons uitgangsmateriaal met behulp van hightech machines die speciaal hiervoor zijn ontwikkeld. Elke lamel wordt afzonderlijk ger\u00f6ntgend, aan alle kanten gescand, gemeten en daarna machinaal-visueel beoordeeld. Alle relevante kenmerken van het hout, zoals houtvocht, knoesten, dichtheid, kromming, vezelrichting, elasticiteitsmodulus, positie van de jaarringen enzovoort worden bij het bepalen van de sterkte geregistreerd. Op basis hiervan wordt de classificatie van de sterkte en het uiterlijk van de planken vastgesteld. De verschillende sterkteklassen kunnen dan, afhankelijk van de belasting, binnen een houten onderdeel worden gerangschikt.<\/p>\n

Alle informatie van het materiaal dat in een ligger gebruikt wordt kan via de afzonderlijke productiestappen tot aan de leverancier getraceerd worden. Reeds bij de controle van de inkomende goederen wordt elk pakket voorzien van een RFID-tag, die bij elke stap in de verwerking wordt uitgelezen en wordt aangevuld met nieuwe informatie. Nadat het sorteerproces is voltooid krijgt elke plank een eigen ID-nummer en wordt systematisch gevolgd.<\/p>\n

De verlijming van ons materiaal is het kernproces van onze technologie. Ook hier worden alle relevante systeemparameters, zoals de opdrachthoeveelheid, de temperatuur van de lamellen bij de verlijming, de mengverhouding en het chargenummer van de fabrikant gedocumenteerd voor elk door ons geproduceerde bouwonderdeel.<\/p>\n

Dagelijks bewaken wij in ons laboratorium de kwaliteit van de verlijming aan de hand van referentiemonsters uit de productie. Door middel van regelmatige niet aangekondigde externe controles en onderzoek wordt het resultaat van onze eigen controles onafhankelijk geverifieerd.<\/p>\n

Naast de productkwaliteit stellen wij ook hoge eisen aan de afwerkingskwaliteit van onze onderdelen. De bewerking van elk onderdeel vindt plaats op gespecialiseerde CNC-machines. Hierdoor bereiken wij een enorme precisie, die uniek is in de bouwsector. De CNC-code wordt hierbij direct gegenereerd uit de digitale tweelingbroer in het CAD 3D-model. De vochtregulerende werking van het hout is een unieke eigenschap, die houten gebouwen hun karakteristieke en aangename leefomgeving geeft. Deze natuurlijke eigenschap van het hout maakt het echter ook noodzakelijk om de onderdelen te beschermen tegen het opnemen van te veel vocht tijdens het transport, de tussentijdse opslag op de bouwplaats en de montage. Wij nemen dit aspect heel serieus en hebben jaren geleden samen met onze bouwpartner een speciale verf ontwikkeld die het hout in deze periode beschermt. Alle grote onderdelen worden op verzoek bij ons beschermd met een damp-open beits op basis van zeer fijne zuivere acrylaat, die vrij is van schadelijke inhoudstoffen.<\/p>\n

In de levenscyclusanalyse (LCA) voor gelamineerd hout respectievelijk kruislaaghout \u2013 oftewel Cross-Laminated Timber of CLT \u2013 worden de eigenschappen van ons X-LAM en gelamineerd hout die relevant zijn voor het milieu neutraal en objectief weergegeven. De gegevens laten zien dat onze onderdelen uiterst milieuvriendelijk zijn. Naast de milieuvriendelijke eigenschappen tijdens de productie en het totale gebruik heeft ook de herbruikbaarheid van het hout een positieve invloed op het milieu.<\/p>\n
