In addition to toilet and shower facilities as well as washing and rinsing places, the washhouse offers a bathroom suitable for the disabled as well as a family bathroom. Prefabrication in the factory also includes the upright larch facade with three different widths (90,115,140). Accessibility is ensured by a circumferential grating attached to L-stones. The roof overhang covers the entrance area, which leads to the sanitary areas. Approximately 95 % of the modules were prefabricated at the factory. This includes finished WC and shower areas, complete electrical installation including lights, floor construction and flooring, interior doors as well as windows and facade. The modules, which were protected from the weather for transport, were only placed on site.
