DERIX supplied 64 arch trusses, each 22 metres long, for the supporting structure on behalf of Bouwcombinatie Elfstedenhal. The building includes a 400 meter long ice rink, a field in the middle and an additional, separate field. The 400\u2011meter ice rink is surrounded by 64 arched spruce trusses and is reminiscent of an old ice rink hall.
