Building with solid wood can fulfil these requirements particularly well. Within just two weeks, the new dome was installed on the Center Parcs swimming hall. The old dome was dismantled at the same time. This was already the third dome DERIX has replaced for Center Parcs swimming halls. The largest composite roof element is more than six metres wide. The roof elements were pre-assembled by DERIX in the factory. Furthermore, it is corrosion-resistant and insensitive to chlorine. The details of the dome are designed to prevent moisture from accumulating there.
